  Hi! I need a simple PSD coverted to a cleanly-coded HTML page with CSS: www.alecquig.com/sunrise.png. My programmer is on vacation and making these usually takes him 5-10 minutes. I can pay with Paypal and send you a Dropbox link for the files. Once you do the home page, I will use what you've done as a template to build the other pages.
