  Plan and develop a simple SEO friendly HTML5 CMS that will have video, images, and a contact form for visitors to our website. This should be a very simple CMS that uses PieCrust (http://bolt80.com/piecrust/) to generate a single static HTML5 page/pages. The page transitions and content should be controlled using a mobile friendly framework. It will need separate layouts and animations depending on the screen size, so CSS3 Media Queries are essential. The three target screen sizes are Desktop, Tablets, and Smartphones. Candidate should have a proven track record in custom site design and implementation without the help of frameworks. Please see the attached PDF for the basic look and feel of the site. This is a 4 page website, and we would like to expand it in the future so the abilty to add pages via text files will be necessary. An adaptive menu system and page transition system will need to be applied to every new page. It is fine for the final HTML that is produced to be 1 page and manipulate content display & animation with CSS and possibly Javascript.
