Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am interested in finding a programmer to be my partner in crime (so to speak) I need a partner, yes a partner in my company which I am about to start up. It is of an adult nature so if you are under 18 please do not reply. I am looking to build a couple of websites to create a services type business for some adult business owners. Your profits would be 50% of the total profits after cost (the same as me). I am an experienced webdesigner / graphic designer but sadly know nothing about programming. I have over 16 years experience in the adult field so I bring that knowledge to the table. As everyone knows a start up company is slow to make money and requires a lot of work. But it does pay off in the end. Im looking for someone who understands this and is willing to put in 110% while we grow. I require extreme loyalty in order to make this work. I would like to get to know you personally to see if we click. Because you cannot run anything successful if you do not click as people. I've set my sites high. Huge. I have some ideas that could potentially pull in a HUGE enormous income. I just need the right person. If you are patient, willing to learn things you dont know and want to build something, this is for you!
