You should be a passionate and innovative Creative Lead / Creative Director with a solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles and substantial experience of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, user interfaces, and navigation.   - Ability to gain a thorough understanding of clients and their businesses.
  - Track record of building, leading and inspiring a creative team.
  - Conceptual thinker with attention to detail.
  - Creative problem solver.
  - Keen eye for emerging technologies and platforms and how to apply them to individual clients.
  - A natural manager and motivator of staff.
  - Ability to judge creative ideas and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
  - Ability to lead teams for pitching, strategy, design and production stages of projects.
  - Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  - Comfortable presenting creative work to clients.
