Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  At Exvo.com we are working hard to invent the next steps in the cloud era.
  
  We are looking to add an interaction designer to our team that is up to this challenge.
  
  For interaction design we mainly use MyBalasmiq and Adobe Fireworks. It would be great if you can code HTML/CSS/JS in order to make your designs come to life.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  Create storyboards, visual designs, interaction flows, and interface guidelines
  Work across teams and communicate effectively with colleagues on other teams
  Work with Product Owners to rapidly prototype and iterate on design solutions
  Take user-centric approach to concepting and crafting designs that meet user needs
  Work with user testers to improve designs
  
  Requirements:
  
  Experience with designing web applications
  Experience with designing web sites
