  - Previous experience of commercial management experience
  - Technical background, preferably front end website development
  - Great attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
  - A solid understanding of user experience, patterns and expectations within the web platform
  - Ability to communicate enthusiastically, clearly and concisely to groups and individuals
  - Proven time management and project management skills
  - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under deadline pressure
  - A high level of general computer system literacy
