  Hello.
  
  I am looking for a consultant who will be able to teach and guide web design for an hourly rate. I am the founder of a start-up and am looking to learn as much as I can regarding web design before we launch. This will begin as an hourly (few hours a week position) As we grow we will be looking for full time employees with potential for equity as well.
