Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Seeking 2 developers to join an already established partnership to bring to market a new business service concept. One must be a MySQL architect, capable of planning and designing the backend database for what will likely grow to petabytes of a data store. The other must be an extremely adapt PHP programmer to implement the front end interface. The ask is approximately 6 months of 20hrs a week development before launching our initial service offering and 6 months to determine if the business plan carries merit to continue. Business plan is very sound and market is unlimited without any serious competition at this time. Full partnership will be the compensation, but expectations of performance are also extremely high.
