Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  My site (http://www.unquietcode.com), which is primarily a blog, needs an overhaul. I have some ideas for the new site, and am looking for a talented designer to work with me to see them through. I'm more than happy to accept layered PSD documents and have them cut up into HTML/CSS by a 3rd party.
  
  This is initially a one-off job, but I am hoping to foster a long-term relationship. In exchange, I offer my services as a competent back-end and front-end developer to help you realize your design projects to their fullest potential.
  
  I would prefer to work with someone in the Chicago, IL area so that we can meet in person--in my experience, this makes a big difference in the final outcome.
