Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Interaction design. HTML5 and CSS, and the ability to convert from design to valid markup. JavaScript (jQuery) also very beneficial. Familiarity with Django templates is a plus, but not required.

  Looking for an interaction designer, preferably one that can create the markup for the designs he or she creates.
  
  Although I have a number of projects in the works, this is specifically for a software startup that is aggressively seeking both sales and investment funding. The business model patent is almost filed.
  
  The company has gained a lot of interest from potential customers and we feel it is only a matter of time before we are capitalized for launch (and regular salaries). However, for the time being, payment would be only in equity.
  
  The product is a sort of social marketing system that has no current equivalent. NDA, non-compete and work-for-hire agreements will be required. However, stock options (and pay, when it comes) are based upon an open and transparent professional ladder which rewards participants fairly and generously.
  
  I understand working for no cash is not idea, and that this job is not for everyone. However, this might be a great opportunity for someone with the time and skill to be part of something unusual and new.
