Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a developer for a long-term partnership. I will make the design in ps and code some of the themes, and he will convert it to wordpress. I will do some part of the job but i need some help. Any income will be split in 2, each one of us gets 50% of the total money. I am hoping and selling themes, templates, etc on themeforest, mojo-themes, etc. Maybe work on some custom projects too.
