  - Experience within a Technical QA role or similar technical discipline.
  - Good knowledge of Java, C/C++ or C#.
  - An understanding of unit, functional, stress, performance, security, regression testing & QA best practices.
  - Strong defect investigation, analysis and reporting skills.
  - Knowledge of software testing lifecycle and understanding of test strategies.
  - Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  - Excellent attention to detail.
  - A high level of initiative, determination, autonomy and self-sufficiency.
  - The ability to build effective working relationships and leverage them as appropriate to get things done.
  
  Any prior experience of game software architectures, modern rendering pipelines, performance profiling tools, networked or MMO games is advantageous as is a Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
