  - Lives and breathes design whilst at the same time understanding the relevance and importance of brand.
  - Can show off a killer portfolio.
  - Has a strong design background gained within either an agency or a client side design environment.
  - Is able to bring the outside in, through inspiration, passion and optimism.
  - Is able to work to deadlines and meet changing priorities.
  - Possesses fantastic sketching ability demonstrated in your portfolio of work.
  - Has an excellent eye for detail and consistency, applied to all design work.
  
  Any exposure to retail environment design is highly advantageous
