Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  To qualify... You should be a respected and confident PHP Developer / PHP Web Developer comfortable leading and growing a small team of developers and inspiring them to great things, in other words your CV should include:
  
  - Expert back-end development in PHP.
  - Good experience in a range of commonly used frameworks or CMSs (Zend and Drupal).
  - Good server administration experience across the whole LAMP stack.
  - Up to date with latest technologies and trends (you should always be willing to try new things!).
  - Good knowledge of front end development in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/AJAX.
  
  Any exposure to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, ASP.NET, ASP, Java or Ruby on Rails would all be advantageous.
