  - Demonstrable skills in HTML/CSS to modern web standards (HTML5/CSS3).
  - Knowledge of PHP; able to work with existing code/templates/etc.
  - A strong appreciation for design, including proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign etc.).
  - Exposure to ASP.NET.
  - Experience of planning and scoping digital projects, work from concept to final site delivery.
  - Experience of working on marketing projects (email campaigns, landing pages etc.).
  - A portfolio including links to live commercial projects.
  
  Any prior experience with tablet and mobile devices would be advantageous as is any exposure to PERL and SQL.
