Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  We have a website that we want to add a few modules to and also need a few fixes, it is nothing major for a season Joomla developer and really we are just looking for a looittle help. Will trade for small design work or we will pay per project but these are easy fixes.

  I am have a few issues I cannot seem to figure out
  
  the default map on our page if you click on locations ends up in the Atlantic, I have tried following there instructions but it confuses me as when I look in the back end (server) I cant find any index php file with this info and if it is in the joomla back end I am not sure were to look excatly to modify this or if this is even accurate as when I check in the back end it seems to be setup properly with Goecode?!

  In the CSS for the Listings there seems to be a special file modifying the color a XHR File? I cannot find this file and it may be conflicting with our CSS?
  
  in the base of our page the footer the email address is wrong and I cannot find were the footer can be modified, it is also not in the CSS
