Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Games Producer or similar who can demonstrate:
  
  - A strong background in games development project management.
  - Good understanding of the full software development life cycle.
  - Good working knowledge of using project management tracking tools including JIRA and MS Project.
  - An excellent working knowledge of Agile project management using SCRUM, and exposure to PRINCE2.
  - Great communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence others.
  - Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while also spotting dependencies.
  - Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks or projects and prioritise effectively.
  - Direct experience of managing technical projects through the full project life cycle and leading cross functional teams.
  - Strong problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills.
  - Strong project management skills and the ability to create and implement large, complex technical projects.
  
  Any prior experience gained within the computer games industry is advantageous as is any hands on technical knowledge.
