Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... We are seeking a Senior Web Developer, Head of Web Development, Web Developer (Java, C++) or similar who can demonstrate:
  
  - Extensive experience in a similar role.
  - Good working knowledge of Java and C++.
  - Effective communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence others.
  - Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while also spotting dependencies.
  - Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks or projects and prioritise effectively.
  - Strong problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills.
  - Strong project management skills and the ability to create and implement large, complex technical projects.
  - Relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent experience.
  
  Any prior experience gained within the computer games industry is advantageous as is any Scrum and Agile experience.
