  Ideally you should possess some prior commercial experience within a Web Support role, however customer service individuals with a passion for websites (perhaps you have your own) will also be considered. Ultimately you should be a confident and customer focussed person with excellent MS Office and internet skills and an understanding of web design concepts and tools (HTML, Flash etc.). As a key member of the web support team it is also essential that you can demonstrate first class communication and organisational skills.
