  I am looking for a designer to work on a new project I am working on. This is a movie rating system. I have a very general idea of what it needs but am looking for a web designer to work with to flesh it out a bit more. I want something that you'll have fun designing and will look AWESOME (okay...who doesn't want awesome!). I also want it so that it's responsive when pulled up on a mobile device (so CSS3 and HTML5).
