Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a designer to help polish (OK, really I mean design, cause it's REAL ugly right now) a website that my fiance and I are trying to launch. The site is a women's sexual interest site. We believe that women are under and misrepresented online when it comes to anything having to with a sexual nature. I am a professional software engineer, experienced mostly in backend and middleware systems (basically everything up to graphics and design) and my fiance is well versed in marketing and business aspects. We are looking for someone who shares similar views, has a developed portfolio of design experience and would be excited about the prospect of working through new ideas and being able to provide input on the whole process from design to concept to implementation. We are not currently funded, so we are looking for an equity partner, but hope that someone else out there sees the value in such a concept and will be willing to see this idea forward.
