Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  A new social media technology startup in LA, founded by an award winning entrepreneur.
  
  I'm seeking a self reliant, self starter who is a capable lead developer.
  Package based on experience has considerable rewards (large amount of stock options + base).
  
  Responsibilities:
  -Develop our software (Social, Web 2.0)
  -Work with existing code
  -Write new code
  -Use Agile, DRY and do not reinvent the wheel
  
  Skills & Requirements
  Experience required with:
  -Linux servers (LAMP)
  -Apache / Nginx
  -MySQL
  -PHP or Ruby
  -Use of 3rd Party Modules and Components
  
  Optional Experience:
  -Frameworks e.g Ruby on Rails
  -Facebook, Twitter or other APIs
  
  Skills:
  -Reliable
  -Finisher, gets the job done
  -Excellent at verbal and written communication in English
  -Good Social Network and Blog skills
  -Considerable email, txt and update volumes
  -Trustworthy
  -Comfortable with the small, growing environment of a startup
