  Hi Everyone:
  
  I am one of the two founders of a website that is ready to launch and commence within its first initial stages of its marketing campaign. We are looking for at least two programmers with a passion for diversity within the music industry and the evolving technology within that space to join our team. This site is exceptional and targets a key market in the music sector that is extremely un-tapped and warrants a significant degree of expansion. Currently, we have already developed four new dashboard modules that will additionally characterize and differentiate this site.
  
  Our next step is to develop a strong project team to collaborate and strengthen its profile through system design enhancements. There will be no initial salary due to the fact that this is a startup website and pre-revenue and other income channels will not exist. The intent for individuals who decide to join our team is to offer you equity (percentage of the company) for your share of the work. This is something that will be discussed during our initial conversations.
  
  We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work, committed to excellence and possess the requisite competencies and interpersonal skills to join. This Internship will be located in the Greater Metropolitan Area within the Northeast.
