Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  To qualify... You should possess a background as a Digital Designer with a strong digital portfolio and skills/experience that cover the following:
  
  - Excellent digital conceptualisation and user interface skills. We are looking for a creative thinker and doer!
  - Experience of leading a design team capable of delivering stunning visual results.
  - A passion for user experience and the principles of good interactive design, typography and layout.
  - First class Mac, Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
  - Knowledge of front-end development would be ideal (HTML/CSS).
  - Prior experience of working within a digital agency.
  - An in-depth knowledge of current web design trends and techniques.
  - Good appreciation for strong UI and IA.
