Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Prospective Plus, which will soon be seeking seed funding, is developing a SaaS platform. We are creating a Common Job Application (CJA) aimed most directly at entry level applicants. The CJA consists of 15 components, including the traditional resume, completed references, behavioral interview questions and more. We are solving the lack of information for both employers and applicants, with the former as our paying customers. We need someone with at least 1 year of experience in PHP and MySQL databases to build our beta site and ultimately our working site.
  
  All members live in NY and attend school in Boston (will graduate May 2013). New team member would be given equity in the company and will be compensated once the company become profitable, which may be after one more year.
