  To qualify... You should be the type of C# .NET Software Engineer / Software Developer who is totally at home building bespoke applications for highly technical users; developing user friendly graphical interfaces and creating composite applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. Your CV should also highlight the following:
  
  - Developing Windows applications;
  - C#/.NET 4/Visual Studio 2010;
  - WPF/XAML/Prism 4;
  - WCF, Data Services (OData) and Web Services;
  - Entity Framework 4, SQL Server 2005/2008;
  - Unit Testing and continuous integration;
  - Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum team;
  - Software development experience in an enterprise environment.
  
  Any exposure to Expression Blend; Telerik WPF RadControls;Windows application development using WinForms; C/C++ or knowledge of Engineering/Automotive/Motorsport (or a strong desire to work in this domain) is advantageous.
