Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  - Experience working on digital/interactive projects, designing social applications and/or online games (including Facebook games).
  - Mobile game design experience is preferable.
  - The ability to lead projects from concept to spec delivery up to large-sized projects.
  - Ability to describe user experience stories and create wireframe screens and flows.
  - Strong knowledge of game balancing and pacing would be an advantage, as would knowledge of core game mechanics and player behaviours, while experience with different commercialization models is desirable.
  - Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on multiple priorities and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
