Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a startup called Hottest Happy Hour that I need finished. It is 70% done and I am in need of a co-founder. That's 30% of the site for a co-founder portion. I also need someone to code the mobile apps. I have the designs ready for that as well.
  
  If not interested in that, I also have a teaching site that I have JUST started developing branding and marketing for and designing the site for. It is crazy cool and will make lots of money for equal equity in. Serious inquiries only.
