  Hello coders,
  
  My name is Colton Joseph and I'm the CTO of be-INFLUENTIAL, Inc. If you're curious who/what we are.. our mission statements is as follows:
  
  be-INFLUENTIAL's mission is to provide users with a highly effective platform where they can build a commanding online presence through resource publication, user interaction and game dynamics.
  
  Essentially, we're a hub where users can post any content they want, whether it's books, publications, videos, surveys, guides, case studies, and more. Each user has a profile page in which they can post status updates to Twitter/Fbook/and LinkedIn simultaneously. There are numerous other features which should give us an edge over our loose competitors which we can get into later. The community and service we will be provide is unprecedented. Currently we have 3 programmers, myself included. As we grow, we are finding that we need more support! We need a PHP master, someone who can build, manipulate, and organize code into an efficient manner and take the load off of our primary coder.
  
  The bulk of our website was built by a company Eclyptix using CodeIgniter. We (the 3 current programmers) have since taken over and revamped a lot of how our website functions. That being said, much of the old code remains and is still used. Here are some things we're looking for:
  
  1) Well-versed in PHP/SQL/HTML/CSS/Javascript/Jquery/and overall web programming management.
  
  2) We will be requiring you to modify/edit/add code to our website in large and small quantities, specifically with focuses on user management, game dynamics, and payment options.
  
  3) Location is key, we believe face-to-face contact is imperative when building a startup. We plan on having meetings, dinners, social events, etc.
  
  If you are interested in joining us, we have a few options on the table, since we are a startup and haven't gone public yet:
  
  1) You aid us in specific tasks (some listed above) and get paid upon completion.
  
  2) You sign up for the long haul, work for free (or paid depending on the detail of our contract) and have an opportunity to gain stock/shares in the company.
