  - Solid industry experience in PHP Development.
  - Exposure to Drupal and/or Wordpress.
  - Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
  - Be an expert in HTML/XHTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  - Be adept in jQuery or another JS-Framework.
  - Knowledge of APIs and frameworks (Google products, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
  - Strong problem solving skills, great attention to detail, confidence and good communication skills.
  
  An education to degree level is advantageous as is any exposure to HTML5/CSS3, AJAX, JSON, MongoDB, Flex, Dojo or YUI.
