Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Having just created a startup with two programmers, we are now looking for some very talented graphic designers to be part of our company. We specialise in web and mobile app development and it would be your role to mock up designs and graphics for the ideas we have. The company is very young and we have some key clients that if we are successful with will lead to much more work. It is a very exciting time to be in this company!
  
  Being a startup we cannot offer a salary but you will get commission for the work we do for the paid clients and you will be able to gain a stake in the company, so you will be working for yourself rather than just for a company.
  
  The key attributes we look for are,
  
  -Experience in photo editing software (photoshop, illustrator etc)
  -Creative individual (please provide us with a portfolio of your work)
  -Entrepreneurial minded
  
  We still encourage anyone to apply if they do not have a portfolio, but you will asked to prove your skills by us setting you a task.
