  - Proven programming experience using object oriented technologies.
  - Experience in Java, C++, C# or another high-level language.
  - Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  - Proficient skills using databases such as PostgreSQL, and of using UNIX or Linux.
  - Experience with high-traffic systems where efficiency and scalability is important.
  - Experience with payment or billing system development.
  - Excellent understanding of MVC and architectural patterns.
  - Experience of all stages of the software development life-cycle, covering investigation, requirements capture, analysis and design, construction, implementation, test and maintenance.
  - Experience of developing with agile processes.
  - Good understanding of web security and experience of eliminating the potential of exploits.
  - Experience of working on your own initiative, designing and programming complete web-based solutions.
