Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Sole Envie (http://www.soleenvie.com), a customized fashion company, is looking for a Flash/Flex Guru to join our team and help us build our social shopping site and shoe configurator to take a bite of the $22 billion women's footwear industry. We are looking for someone that can collaborate and bring value to our team and help write, not just follow, the spec. You must have mind-blowing Flex and Flash skills and understand the importance of the User Experience (UX) to help us build our shoe configurator (like NikeID). Sole Envie's will tackle mass market & high end women's shoes first with big plans for other products down the road.
  
  We do not have funding, yet, so all we can offer right now is a big piece of equity. The women in our target demographic are salivating to buys our shoes, and with the right people on our team we can get up and running. Once we get funding or the sales start rolling in this becomes a paid position.
  
  We are a team of 2 right now. Our CEO is working with the factories to produce the first Sole Envie shoe collection, ready this summer, and we need our shoe configurator and website to sell some shoes. Our CTO has extensive software development experience including stints building configurators for some large ERP companies, but needs help to handle all of the various pieces of this solution.
