• Required Knowledge

  - Experience of having worked on (or shipped) at least one AAA title as a lead or manager.
  - Exceptional technical skills, including exposure to Lua and Java.
  - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple disciplines.
  - Strong problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills.
  - Strong project management skills with the ability to create & implement large, complex technical projects.
  - A passion for the computer games industry.
  - Relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent.
  - Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks or projects and prioritise effectively.
