Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Good afternoon,
  
  I am a graphics designer with some UI/web design experience. My business partners and I are building a small creative team to tackle several ideas we've been conceptualizing for a while. The next steps are collaborating and building prototypes for consumer testing. We have several partner/investors who lead different aspects of the business, planning for financials, sales, and marketing/design. All we need is a well-versed developer to join our team, then it's off to the races. Specifically our products will be websites, web applications (html5) and possibly mobile applications for iOS, android, and MAYBE windows. A website and web app combo are first priorities. There are many small jobs needed for simple landing pages and websites, and one major web app with live streaming. We are willing to pay up front but also we will offer stock in the company in exchange for time/talent. I won't get into the details here but I will tell you that the products are social-focused, multimedia applications.
  
  Our required qualifications are loose because as a designer, I do not know the best solution for everything we're attempting to create. But I would expect the perfect partner to know html5/css/javascript, eclipse, xcode, CMS integration, API integration, and Server-side knowledge (this is where things get unfamiliar to us). The ideal candidate has a good aesthetic eye for layout, proportions, usability, and the fine details, along with a strong portfolio. If you're looking for a steady paycheck in exchange for your hours, this job is not for you. If you're looking for a project to work on with other entrepreneurs, expand your knowledge, get the most out of your creative and potentially make lots of money in a few years, then this is a golden opportunity. My partners and I have been involved in startups before, and we are young, ambitious creative individuals with a strong knowledge of the social web industry. Currently we each have jobs in the industry, myself at a hotel platform software and marketing company. We would not expect you to quit your day job, but we would like to meet face to face often.
