  We are a group of awesome guys who love to make shiny things. We code, we design and that make us happy. Being designers and developers ourselves we know the importance of time and we also know this *harsh reality* that NOT every designer has got skills to convert PSD into CSS/DIV based layouts. Even if some designers have skills but they don't have enough time for this *petty* job.
  
  So, what we decided to help our community. You design things and we would convert into HTML based layout and that too in reasonable cost and time.
  
  So what do you say? Sounds interesting?
