Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to create a very dynamic and, page wise, interactive forum site. I will eventually need a good bit of flash and will want to create a team of a few flash workers. In the mean time I need the code for the site and for this I definitely need PHP, Java, and probably Ajax. As well as anything else the programmer who takes up on this opportunity will see necessary for our vision.

  While this is going to start as a a forum site, its end goal is to become an MMORPG and virtual universe. I have many dynamic ways that I intend for users to be able to play, but I need some serious code. While this will be unpaid for right now, that will change once we start getting revenue.
  I eventually want to turn this into a company and even one day have a building. For this, we need to get the site up. I will even consider making my lead programmer a partner in the final business end of it.
  I also have many different ideas for game play on the forum and in the virtual flash space, which I will not declare here. I will also be needing someone who can figure out the code to allow people an avatar as well as a virtual goods system that would allow users to change the items the avatar is wearing. Another of the most important features is that the site has the ability to have battle posting. This will be done with a dice roll system similar to the D20 system, if anyone is knowledgeable. For this I need to be able to utilize chance in lightboxes above text boxes. The chance result will then be displayed on both the text box page and the final forum page. This is a very important feature that I have to be able to have. So if I could even find one or two people to just focus on this part of the project and then others for the rest, that would be my preference.
  
  I look forward to hearing from some good people. This is a very serious inquiry and project. The sooner we make it a reality, the sooner we see a pay check, but most of all, this is a good opportunity to meet some great people and genuinely love what we do. I can't wait to see how the users react!
