Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a graphic/web designer with a great idea for collaborative web app for design industry. I'm looking for a skilled programmer to partner in order to make this work. We will share profits and both will contribute with ideas. The candidate should be responsible and commited with the project as I will. I don't expect this project to be a fulltime job but it will require a lot of time from both sides.
