Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am a programmer looking for a freelance web designer to work with me on multiple projects. Do not contact me if you are an agency, I am only interested in freelance individuals like myself. I am offering $50 per design. This is a part time telecommuting position and can be completed from anywhere. Fluency in english is required. Required skills: HTML, CSS, Flash. I need someone I can partner with long term as my business grows. I need someone reliable who will complete designs within 48 hours of the initial assignment and who will make changes to the design according to the customer's specifications. When I assign projects, all I am looking for is one HTML (or .NET aspx) landing page with a flash movie and/or menu and CSS file(s).
