Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I'm looking for an experienced programmer to help take my design and make it functional. Would prefer the site to be built on a Wordpress platform since I'm familiar with that back end. This is a short-term project that I'm hoping to launch by Mid-March.
  
  I am also interested in developing a partnership (possibly long-term) to offer my clients web development in addition to design. I would of course bring web design to the table, so that I could help enhance your business as well. My clients are looking for the latest in web development, including mobile device compatibility.
