  Expert level PHP skills
  Expert level mySql skills
  Expert level HTML skills
  Expert level CSS skills
  Able to take the design in Photoshop format make it a working website with pixel by pixel perfection.
  Somebody who can work with PERFECTION, pixel by pixel.
  Good work ethics.
  
  This could be an ongoing relationship with right candidate, possibly a full time hire.
