  If you ever create not a simple web site but project that must have at least middle complicity, you can find that developed that creation not hard its very hard or not impossible, especially if you not a developer. All your work come to nothing because of expensive development work.

  Now I have many other great ideas but i need a co-founder developer or team of developers, who can implement them all in programing code. This guy or guys must be not just person(s) who just want have money, but must be the prescient and visionary person. that must understand that great products begin from garage and for those ideas people can work for free just because this idea will rule the world.
