Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am hoping to bring someone in as a partner. They would be responsible for the web development/maintenance aspects of what I genuinely believe could be the next huge social media website.
  
  It is not a knockoff of Facebook, Myspace, or Twitter, but rather a site with unique functionality that fills a void not satisfied by any other website.
  
  As far as development goes, I do not need a ton of complex bells and whistles. All I need is for users to have the ability to create accounts, search for others based on certain criteria, and send/receive messages from others.
