  To qualify... We are seeking strong Java Analyst Programmers / Java Software Engineers / Java Software Developers or similar with good experience in the following:
  
  - Proven experience developing core Java and J2EE (you will be thoroughly tested).
  - A strong understanding of enterprise computing paradigms (messaging, clustering, RMI).
  - API integration experience using webservices, SOAP, JDBC, JMS and others.
  - Proven experience with systems integration concepts (interoperability, data interchange, security).
  - Exposure to video technologies.
  - Web services, SOAP, XML.
  - Databases design and SQL.
  - Data modeling and migration.
  - OO / UML at conceptual and technical levels.
  - Unit test and test harness development.
  - Proven business and technical analysis skills.
  - Excellent written English and strong documentation skills.
  - Brilliant client facing skills - presentable, good communicator and born listener.
