Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to start up a template website where users can purchase templates. The templates are going to be HTML and CSS and some are going to be HTML5 and CSS2 up to 7 pages.
  
  I will be promoting W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional table-less with optimized CSS. So all the sites must meet this standard!
  
  All sites must be Compatible with IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and other popular browsers.
  
  
  We will be releasing one to two templates a month at first for HTML/ CSS. Also looking for Wordpress coders that can code templates.
  
  
  If you are a coder, please show me examples of your work.
  
  If you are a designer that wants to possible join the project. Please submit your portfolio.
