Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a designer/entrepeneur looking to partner with 2 or more programmers to design and create multi-platform applications for the mobile space.
  
  I recently got accepted into the Microsoft Bizspark program for start-ups so, I have a couple years worth of access to free software and resources.
  
  I have a few ideas for software in mind (already visually designed) and would like some dev muscle to help me realize them. I'm also quite open to doing the design end of your ideas, as well.
