Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to begin the development process on a very fleshed out project I have designed.
  
  I will stress that the idea, including page concept, site structure, and suggested design and layout are all completed.
  
  The site will require user accounts and will be strongly database driven.
  
  That being said, the idea has unlimited potential for growth on the scale of facebook and twitter.
  *please note that I am NOT ignorant enough to believe its possible to compete against these behemoths, and this idea does not attempt to.*
  
  There is a strong void involving mainstream communication between anonymous users. Currently, there are comment systems (disqus), link sharing sites (digg), content sharing (reddit), Yahoo Answers, and more.
  
  Facebook primarily connects users with other users they know.
  Twitter requires users to know who and what they are looking for prior to receiving alerts.
  
  Neither address open opinion and discussion that a message board allows.
  
  My idea is to create an expandable site that offers users a place to go and discuss any topic they wish at any time and allow them to receive instantaneous feedback. As a heavy user of message boards, this idea would make every message board on the net obsolete upon v1.0 release, and would only get more complex and versatile over time.
  
  I have developed iterations of this site over the course of the last 5 years and have finally found a perfect system.
  
  I am currently teaching myself PHP and SQL in the hopes of making this site myself, but would much rather form a partnership with an expert who has been in the field for years and has experience that can't be gained through an 'expert SQL/PHP' book.
