  Hello! My name is Andrew Suzuki and I'm a front/back-end web developer. I'm looking for a designer. Ideally, we would create some form of small online web agency and split the pay from projects roughly 50% (percentage depending on how much work is done each). You would provide all graphics, logos, and a PSD design which I would then convert to html/css and any needed backend code.
