Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Software needed is a simplified version of manycam or xsplit. then we would focus on a website that wouls act like chatloulette.
  
  Serverside template updates for software and accept payments.
  
  I understand many programming aspects but hit a wall when trying to partner with companies. They said they could build it but then quoted $200/hr for maintenance. Seriously???
  
  I would rather pay someone from start to finish. Looking for full-time programmer and most likely hand entire project over when completed to move on to my next adventure. I will raise the fund but need a functional product...
