Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a solo freelancer, focusing on web-development projects, with heavy server-side architecture. Also I'm doing a lot of forex-related projects (so forex/stock trading knowledge is a plus). iPhone and facebook apps are also appearing on my desk.
  
  I'm trying to open some positions and hire people full-time, looking for candidates. I'm at very beginning of this process, so I'd like to start with part-time projects with some smart developer(s). You do not need to have tons of experience, but need to learn quickly and solve problems on your own. I will be willing to teach you what I know, especially when projects will be about forex or trading in general.
  
  I'm looking for web developers, preferably with RubyOnRails knowledge as well as javascript/coffeescript/html/css.
  
  Tell me what compensation you would like, per-hour or per-month, how much.
  
  Showing some portfolio of created web apps is mandatory.
  
  No agencies/teams, individuals only.
